Cycas Solutions Pte. Ltd. (“Cycas”, “we”, “us”) is a compensation advisory firm incorporated in Singapore. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, cycas.cc. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at admin@cycas.cc.

We collect only the information you choose to provide. Specifically:

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, company name (optional), and the content of your message.
• Email correspondence: any information you include when writing to us at admin@cycas.cc.
• Scheduling information: if you book a call via our Google Calendar link, Google collects standard booking information (name, email, proposed times) on our behalf.

We do not deploy advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that identify individual visitors. Basic server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) may be retained by our hosting provider, Vercel, for operational and security purposes.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• respond to enquiries and correspond with you about our services;
• arrange and conduct introductory calls or meetings;
• send follow-up communications directly related to the matter you raised;
• comply with our legal, regulatory, and professional obligations under Singapore law.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not add you to general marketing lists without your consent.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate this website, and only to the extent necessary:

• Formspree— processes and delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. See Formspree’s privacy policy.
• Vercel— hosts this website and delivers it globally.
• Google— if you book via our Google Calendar link, Google processes your booking information.

We may disclose personal information where required by law, regulatory order, or to protect our legal rights.

5. International transfers

The service providers listed above operate globally and may process your information outside Singapore, including in the United States and European Union. Where this occurs, we rely on the contractual safeguards and data protection frameworks offered by those providers.

6. Data retention

We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and conclude the matter you raised, and thereafter for up to three (3) years for record-keeping purposes, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your information earlier by emailing admin@cycas.cc.

7. Your rights

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• have inaccurate information corrected;
• withdraw consent to further processing;
• request deletion, subject to our legal retention obligations.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No online transmission is ever completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes that affect how we handle existing personal information will be communicated to affected individuals directly where feasible.
